A word from the Managing Director:

First of all, thank you for visiting our brand new web site. We've designed our new website to be straight forward yet thought provoking. We've chosen images that are not the usual "Animal Sciences" type content, rather we've focused on images that go someway to capturing the viewer and hopefully get them thinking either about their career or if they're a client the challenges they face when recruiting.

I could tell you that our vision is to dominate the recruitment world with our brand and hoover up the competition in our wake. Well, for us, our vision is more real than that. It’s one that is lived by our people and expounded by our clients every day. The challenge we set ourselves is to be the best we can be. We are never complacent; even when we are doing a great job, we are looking for ways to improve. This drive for excellence is reflected in our growing size and in the smiling faces of our candidates when they win a job, and our clients when they hit the jackpot.

So rather than ply you with a fluid vision or mission statement for the future, here’s some more solid statements around what has actually happened already here. We know we have a lot more to achieve but we are definitely on the right track.
