A word from the Managing Director
First of all, thank you for visiting our web site.
This is where I could tell you that our vision is to
dominate the world with our brand and hoover up the
competition in our wake. Well, for us, our vision is
more real than that. It’s one that is lived by
our people and expounded by our clients every day. The
challenge we set ourselves is to be the best we can
be. We are never complacent; even when we are doing
a great job, we are looking for ways to improve. This
drive for excellence is reflected in our growing size
and in the smiling faces of our candidates when they
win a job, and our clients when they hit the jackpot.
So rather than ply you with a fluid vision or mission
statement for the future, here’s some more solid
statements around what has actually happened already
here. We know we have a lot more to achieve but we are
definitely on the right track. I’ll let you decide

Our Achievements:
- After only 8 years of operation we have become Europe’s
largest provider of Animal Technicians
- We placed 206 Animal Technicians in 2006
- We exceeded that in ‘07 and placed 212 Animal
Technicians
- In total we’ve placed over 1000 technicians
since we started in 2002
- We’re on track to match the upper 10% of
the Times 100 fastest growing companies
- We have grown by over 50% every year
- We have lost fewer than 3 staff since we opened
our doors
- Our growth is attributed to client recommendation
– we rarely cold call
- We’re sole provider to the UK’s largest
clinical research organisation
- We’ve recently opened our 2nd office in Yorkshire
- We love our jobs and enjoy our success
